Cancer Assistance Halton Hills, a registered charity of Halton Hills, is a community based organization of volunteers.  Our mission is to provide support and hope to cancer patients, their families and friends.

Transportation

Our volunteer drivers provide transportation services to clients attending cancer related medical appointments in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton and other GTA locations.  A family member or friend providing support is welcome to accompany the client.

Equipment & Supplies

In addition to the emotional and health toll cancer takes, there can be a financial toll on clients and families. CAHH can help by lending you equipment and supplies, including hospital beds, walkers, canes, wigs and transportation chairs. Client’s needs are assessed individually.

Palliative and Respite Care Assistance

CAHH may provide palliative care assistance and home support on an assessed basis.

Health and Wellness

Health and Wellness supports are instrumental in helping clients regain good health as they deal with the side effects of treatment and can provide comfort and relaxation to both body and soul.
