Must be a resident of MRC des Deux-Montagnes or south part of MRC de Mirabel and be referred by treating physician.
Description:
Services offered by Sercan:
- Support for people with cancer: Sercan offers medical transportation services, support groups for people living with cancer, as well as loans of hair and breast prostheses.
- Bereavement support: Weekly support groups led by volunteers, as well as grief workshops that provide spaces for both individual and group expression, based on participants’ needs.
- Other services:
- Palliative care: La Maison Sercan has 12 private rooms where patients receive medical and nursing care 24 hours a day.
