About Their Peer Grief Support Groups

BFO-MR offers a variety of peer-led support groups, facilitated by trained volunteers who have lived experience with grief. These groups provide a safe, compassionate space to share feelings, stories, and coping strategies. Here are the main programs:

  • Parents Grieving the Death of an Infant
    For individuals or couples grieving pregnancy loss at any stage or the death of a baby.
  • Parents Grieving the Death of a Child
    For those mourning the loss of a child of any age, including adult children.
  • Healing Little Hearts
    A professionally-run program for children ages 4–12 and their caregivers.
  • Good Grief
    For teens ages 13–17 coping with the death of a loved one.
  • Living with Loss
