Bereaved Families of Ontario – Midwestern Region (BFO-MR) is a nonprofit organization that provides peer-based grief support for individuals and families in Waterloo Region, Guelph, Wellington County, and surrounding areas. About Their Peer Grief Support Groups

BFO-MR offers a variety of peer-led support groups, facilitated by trained volunteers who have lived experience with grief. These groups provide a safe, compassionate space to share feelings, stories, and coping strategies. Here are the main programs:
