Qualifying criteria for financial assistance: - Province of Quebec resident - Diagnosed with breast cancer - Receiving active treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy or other or 1 year post-treatment. Hormone therapy and reconstruction surgery do not qualify. - Meeting the financial eligibility criteria
