To have a consultation with the AYA Program, you are required to have an oncologist that practices within the University Health Network or have a Medical Record Number at the University Health Network.
Description:
Provides younger adults with cancer (less than 40 years of age) education, counseling support, navigation to resources and referrals onto specialty services related to their unique needs(i.e. fertility, sexuality, body image, nutrition, exercise, school/work, peer support and counseling support).
