Description:

Talk Tobacco is a free, confidential telephone service operated by the Canadian Cancer Society offering culturally appropriate support and information about quitting smoking, vaping and commercial tobacco use to Indigenous communities.

Talk Tobacco has been developed with input from First Nation, Inuit, Métis and urban Indigenous partners, community members and service providers to meet the unique needs of these communities.

The Quit Coach can also schedule times that suit you to follow-up with you to chat about how your plan is going.

Toll-free, Indigenous focused, non-judgmental.

Available in English and French and several Indigenous Languages through an interpreter.
