For returning to work after being off for treatment. Supporting Employee Success is one of the tools that helps walk the individual and their employer through a series of job expectations to help develop solutions that support returning or staying at work in a way that supports ongoing well-being. 

Plan for resilience
A comprehensive tool to help develop resiliency and effective coping strategies.

Stress Strategies by the Psychology Foundation of Canada 

A decision-making resource to help reduce anxiety about difficult decisions that need to be made.

Mental health awareness videos

Interviews with people who experienced mental health issues at work discussing what helped. Their strategies and advice can act as virtual peer support and mental health awareness. There are also videos on topics such as stigma, disclosure and coping strategies.
